How to Purchase Software to Build a Website
If you have any type of business or organization, you really need to have a website. Most people do their searching online through search engines and no longer through the Yellow Pages or phonebook. In order to make sure that people can find you, it's important to have at least your basic information online. There are many types of Web design software available, from free to hundreds of dollars. It's important to know which is best for you and your project.

Step 1
Go to Adobe.com. Adobe creates some of the most highly regarded software programs for Web design in the industry. Many professional designers use Adobe products. Adobe offers separate programs for Flash, photos and animation that all work together to create amazing Web designs.
Step 2
Choose Dreamweaver from the drop-down Products menu at the top of the screen. This will bring you to the Dreamweaver product page, where you can learn about the features of the product and check the system requirements to make sure that your computer is capable of running this software.
Step 3
Choose to buy or try. You can download a limited-feature trial of Dreamweaver if you want to see how it works. Just choose the Try button at the top of the product page. If you know you want Dreamweaver, select the Buy button. Dreamweaver comes in two versions, the standalone software or as part of the Web Premium package which also includes other important Web design program such as Flash and Photoshop that complement Dreamweaver. If you already have a copy of Dreamweaver, you can also choose to upgrade to the latest version.
Step 4
Click on the version you want to buy. This will open a new window to the Adobe store. You can enter your operating system information, preferred language (English, French or Spanish) and how you want the product delivered, either as a downloadable file or shipped to your home.
Step 5
Add Dreamweaver to your cart and check out. Click Add to Cart to add the software to your cart. You can then check out and pay for your product using a credit card. If you have opted to download the file instead of having it shipped, you will receive instructions on how to access the file once the checkout process is complete.
