How to Configure Two Mail Domains on a Single Exchange Server
An Exchange server is the commonly used email server in Microsoft operating systems. It is used to store all the mailboxes in your company or organization. In the event of a hard drive crash, you can use the Exchange server to restore a mailbox and all of its contents back to your computer. If you own or use two different email domains within the same server, you can configure Exchange to manage both at the same time.
Instructions

Step 1
Log in to a computer with administrative rights. Hit the Start menu and select "All Programs." Click on the folder labeled "Administrative Tools." Click to launch "Exchange System Manager."
Step 2
Click on the "+" sign next to "Recipients" to expand its contents on your left pane. Select "Recipient Policies."
Step 3
Right-click on the "Default Recipient Policy" on the right pane and select "Properties" from the pop-up menu.
Step 4
Click on the "Email addresses" tab.
Step 5
Hit "New" and click on "SMTP Address."
Step 6
Type the sign "@" without the quotes followed by the name of the second domain.
Step 7
Place a check mark next to the second domain email under "Properties." Hit "OK" to end task.
